We are pleased to introduce you to a new Druid — this one with bubbles! As with all of our Druid’s wines, this is a Biodynamic Blend crafted from our white and rosé wines from the 2024 vintage. This is a natural sparkling wine, a pét nat, that starts fermenting in a stainless steel tank and is then rapidly transferred to a bottle, where it completes fermentation naturally while capturing the refreshing effervescence that makes this wine so refreshing. Equally adept at celebrations or a Wednesday night dinner when you deserve a little pampering, there is no occasion too big or too small for Druid’s Bubbles.
