Each vintage, we choose a blend of wines to craft our Druid's Biodynamic Wine Vinegar. We select these varieties from multiple pressings and co-ferment them before introducing a mother of vinegar naturally collected from our vine cuttings. This is a pure, natural vinegar unlike anything you can find on store shelves. Because of its complex flavors, it excels not just in dressings, but in sauces and as a condiment, used much like salt and pepper.
